1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Resume Evaluator application and related services (the "Service") operated by Candor Digital Group, LLC d/b/a Resume Evaluator ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Resume Evaluator provides AI-powered resume analysis, scoring, and optimization services. Our Service evaluates resumes against job descriptions, provides feedback on content and formatting, suggests improvements, and offers career-related guidance. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our express permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including resumes and job descriptions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use such content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate evaluations, suggestions, and optimized content. AI-generated output is provided "as is" for your consideration and review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by Candor Digital Group, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING OUR SERVICE, INCLUDING JOB PLACEMENT OR INTERVIEW SUCCESS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANDOR DIGITAL GROUP, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Candor Digital Group, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
